Who is responsible for your information
Dr. Chandu Vamsi Krishna and the clinic team are responsible for personal information collected through this website and through appointment enquiries. The website provides information about orthopedic services and ways to contact the clinic; it does not currently include an on-site appointment form or patient portal.
For a medical emergency, do not use this website, email or WhatsApp. Contact local emergency services or attend the nearest emergency department.
Information that may be collected
When you call, email or use WhatsApp
You may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment time, symptoms, health concerns, reports or other information needed to answer your enquiry and arrange care. The clinic may keep administrative notes about the enquiry and, if you become a patient, information relevant to your care.
Please share only the information necessary for the enquiry. WhatsApp and ordinary email may not be appropriate for urgent or highly sensitive medical information.
When you visit the website
The website host and measurement technologies may process technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, timestamps, referring page, advertising identifiers and interactions used to understand website performance and advertising conversions.
Calls
Your telephone provider and the clinic's telephone provider process call-routing information such as telephone numbers, time and duration. The clinic may use information you provide during the call to schedule an appointment or respond to your request. Calls are not represented as being recorded unless you are separately told that recording is taking place.
How the information is used
- To respond to questions and appointment requests.
- To provide, coordinate and document healthcare where you choose to become a patient.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and contact channels.
- To understand which pages and advertising campaigns lead to enquiries.
- To meet medical, professional, accounting, security and legal obligations.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was already lawful or information that must be retained for medical or legal reasons.
Services and third parties
Information is shared only where reasonably needed to operate the website, answer an enquiry, provide care, measure advertising, or comply with law. Relevant recipients may include:
- WhatsApp and Meta: when you use a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp processes your account, message and device information under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google: this website uses a Google advertising tag for advertising measurement. Google may receive device, browser, page-interaction, referral and conversion information and may use cookies or similar identifiers according to your settings and Google's policies.
- Vercel: hosts and delivers the website and may process request logs and technical information for security and performance.
- Email, telephone and clinic service providers: process information needed to deliver your message or call and support clinic administration.
- Hospitals, clinicians and authorities: where necessary for care, with your direction or consent, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
You can review or change Google advertising preferences at Google Ads Settings. Blocking cookies or identifiers may reduce measurement but should not prevent access to the website's core information.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage appointments, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. If the information becomes part of a medical record, it may need to be kept for the period required by medical, professional or legal rules, even after a deletion request.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, email, telephone or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure. Google, WhatsApp, Vercel and other providers may process information on systems outside India in accordance with their own safeguards and policies.
Your choices and requests
You may ask for access to personal information held about you, request a correction, ask for deletion where it is permitted, withdraw consent for future use, or raise a privacy concern.
- Email drvamsikrishnaortho@gmail.com with the subject Privacy Request, or call +91 87907 30969.
- State whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion or another action, and identify the contact method or appointment involved.
- The clinic may ask for limited information to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.
- You will receive an acknowledgement and a response within a reasonable period. If part of a request cannot be completed because of medical, legal, security or record-keeping duties, the clinic will explain that limitation where possible.
You may also delete a WhatsApp message from your own device, change Google advertising settings, or use browser controls to limit cookies; those actions do not automatically remove information already received by the clinic or another provider.
Children, links and policy changes
This site is intended for adults seeking information for themselves or someone in their care. A parent or legal guardian should make enquiries involving a minor. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
This policy may be updated when contact methods, technology or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
